The scans
above show what may be a Constant Plate Variety (CPV). The left enlargement show
what appears to be a donut under magnification with a heavier concentration of ink on the
left side of the circle. The right scan shows a spot with missing ink. The varieties appear at positions 14 and 16 to the right or 15 and 17 to the left of the plate number on a strip supplied by Richard Krakowsky. |
