Action Desperately Needed

Please don’t ignore this important request. PNC3 member Wade Saadi reported at the Annual Meeting that his recent

meeting with David Failor of the USPS resulted in the news that the USPS does not plan to change its current policy of

limiting plate number changes. Saadi made a plea at the club’s Annual Meeting for all members to write to Failor, and

has supplied the letter below. It is constructed as a self-mailer requiring only that you fill in the blanks, sign, fold, stamp

and mail. It is important that this be done in a timely manner, as the impact will diminish as time passes. Of course,

you may feel free to construct your own letter if you wish.

The two files below are provided so that you can express your opinion to David Failor, Executive Director, Stamp Services, United States Postal Service on the matter of the postal service not wanting to change plate numbers when printing plates are changed.

Either file needs to be printed back to back and then will form a self-mailer.

Mailer in Adobe Acrobat pdf format -  This file can be printed as is, and mailed after you fill in the blanks.  Nothing can be altered on this form.

Mailer in Microsoft Word (doc) format - This file gives you the ability to change and rearrange the page to add your own comments before mailing.

Thanks to everyone who sends in a letter!
