The first day for the 37 cent antique
toy issue, including coils, will be issued on Friday, July 26 during a
first day ceremony to be held at the Strong Children's Museum in
Rochester, New York.  The museum houses all four depicted toys.

The event is open to the public.  It will begin at 9 AM in the museum's
auditorium, which seats 300.

The Rochester Philatelic Association is making special souvenir cacheted

the standard First Day multi-bar and a commemorative Antique Toys cancel
designed by RPA member Joe Doles.

The cachet design can be seen on the RPA web page at http://now.at/rpa/
