(.44) Patriotic Quill and Inkwell, PSA coil of 10k, plate number S1111 every 27 stamps, pink 5 digit top, bottom, and middle back numbers every 10 stamps, 270 stamps for all positions.  The stamps appear to be the same as those on the 3k coil. USPS item number-772200.

PNC Dealer Mike Lipson reports the following on the 44¢ Quill & Inkwell:

Stamps from 3K rolls are Long Wave Hi Brite

Stamps from 10K rolls are Long Wave Dead

Short Wave tag colors are different.  Mike is wondering if the stamps from the 3K roll are clear tagged and the stamps from the 10K roll are grainy or mottled tag.  Other reports are welcome.

FEBRUARY 2011

2/27/11 - The March, 2011 issue of Coil Line has been posted.  Those members who elected to receive Coil Line electronically will receive the URL soon.

2/26/11 - The web site is back online.  The former member who owns the pnc3.org domain shut us down and we had to scramble to find another domain that accepted the old format that we were using.  A lot of the links will not be working until we have had a chance to go through and correct them, so bear with us.

The Plate Number Coil Collectors Club (PNC3) owns this domain name, and we hope that this move will eliminate the problems that we had in the past.

For now, the web site is located at www.pnc3.us/pnc3.org/.  We will eventually have a redirect to the old familiar url at www.pnc3.org.  I hope that will be a seamless transfer when it happens.

The booklet site is located at www.pnc3.us/pnc3.org/booklets/.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience that we have caused and you have experienced.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to get to full speed immediately, but will be working to bring everything back to normal as time permits.

We will be converting the 'code' to a more modern format as we go forward, but that will be done in the background.
